Boats are always teaching you lessons, and they keep repeating the lesson until you have learnt it!

If you find that you are getting frustrated because your crew "always do that wrong ", or "this always happens when I do this", you are probably causing whatever is going wrong by your approach.

Try a different means of explaining to your crew what you wish them to do, or experiment with different approaches to dealing with situations.

A good skipper will realise that things are not going right and find a solution.

A saying you may hear is: If it happens once, it is chance. If it happens twice, it is coincidence. The third time it happens, you are missing something!

Try to never let the third time occur!
