Keeping the cold box cool.

In summer it is nearly impossible to keep the cold box cool on most yachts for more than a day or so.

One simple solution is to freeze a weeks supply of milk solid at home before the cruise starts.

If this is then stacked in the bottom of the cold box, it will normally remain cool for up to 5 days.

Remember to have some unfrozen milk for use on the first couple of days!
